Meme Competition Rules

1. One meme entry per person.

2. All memes must be submitted in .jpeg format.
3. Participants should mention their name, registration number and contact number along with
the photographs.
4. Memes containing any inappropriate language or content may be disqualified at the
discretion of the Organising committee and the panel of judges.
5. The total file size must be less than 10MB
6. Entry must be emailed to ____ no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2019.
7. The Organising Committee reserves the right, at any time, to terminate the contest, modify
the contest rules, and/or extend the dates of the contest.

Photography Competition Rules

1. Each participant should send only one photo.

2. The photographs submitted must be the genuine, original work of the participant.
3. Any camera device can be used to capture the photo (DSLRs, Mirrorless, Action cameras and
Mobile phones).
4. The judges and the organizers reserve the right to cancel or vary the position awarded in
case of any issues.
5. Participants are to submit details of the device used and the editing application(s) used,
along with the photograph. If the image is edited, the original photograph must also be
submitted with the edited ones.
6. Participants should mention their name, registration no and contact number along with the
photographs. All photographs should be sent through the mail to _____ no later than 5:00
p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2019.
7. Images should be in JPEG Format ONLY.
8. The total file size must be less than 15 MB.
9. The EXIF data of the photograph must remain intact. Photographs must not have any
borders, signatures, names, personal logos or watermarks or any identifiable marks.
10. Post processing of the pictures is allowed, but changes like modifications to background may
lead to disqualification for which the organization committee reserves its right.
