will note a teaching strategy that you or the teacher used that you consider very useful and you would
want to use again. This strategy can deal with the planning of the lesson, the use of materials and
technology, the review of prior learning, the motivation of the children, the presentation of the
materials, the appropriateness of the practice activities, classroom management strategies, timing
strategies, reviewing the lesson, general assessment of the learning or if you are lucky enough to talk to
your teacher, her reflection on her lesson.

Noting Teaching and Learning Strategies

Grade: Week:

Day 1: Subject: Math Learning Outcome: Pie graph

Strategy:

Rotation is new strategy that I use for the student in the class. They find it nice and they enjoy
it. This strategy gives the student the chance to try all of the activity because they sometimes
ask why they can’t solve what the other groups solve. It also show me in witch part the student
have misconceptions and witch part of the lesson I have to explain it again for the students.

Day 2: Subject: English Learning Outcome: Comparing between dinosaurs project

Strategy:

The students have to collect information from their book or from the internet, then they have
to create poster that they have to compare between two dinosaurs on it. After they finish their
poster they have to present it for their class and the teacher. What’s make me amazed that the
teacher asks the student to assist themselves first. Then she asks the other student to marks
the group work after that she marks them.

Day 3: Subject: science Learning Outcome: Gases transferring

Strategy:

The lesson was in the Science lap and the teacher teaches the students the lesson live in the
lap. She makes an experiment for them to show them the transfer of the gases from the bottle
to the balloon. Then she supports the experience with video to show them different type of
gas transferring.
Day 4: Subject: Math Learning Outcome: 3D shapes

Strategy:

I teach the student this lesson and I create the activity to be hands on activity. They have to
create the shapes and measuring the length, wide, and height. They have to count the faces,
vertices, and edges of the shapes.

Day 5: Subject: science Learning Outcome: weather

Strategy:

The teacher takes the student to the garden to learn about the weather and it was windy and
the air has a lot dust. The lesson was so related to the weather on that day and the student
was so focused in the lesson with the teacher and they were trying to collaborate with her.
