same educational levels or degrees of disability while forty-five point sixteen percent (45.16%)

which agrees and the neutral which is twenty-five percent (25%) and no one disagrees that not all

students have the same educational levels or degrees of disability. Hence,the proponents will

much likely agree that not all students have the same educational levels or degrees of disability.

enroll children with special needs to special school programs while forty-one point thirteen

percent (41.13%) which agrees and the neutral which is thirty-three point six percent (33.06%)

and three point twenty-three (2.23%) which disagrees on encouraging parents to enroll children

with special needs to special school programs. Hence,the proponents will much likely consider

encouraging parents to enroll children with special needs to special school programs.
