ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Sari van Poelje (Drs., TSTA-O, EMCC registered coach, PCM licensed trainer) is
an internationally recognized coach, manager and consultant. She has been
working on the interface of people and organizational development for more
than 30 years, in a variety of roles and companies, amongst others Shell,
ASML, KLM, Transavia, Berenschot and EMI.

Her current role is that of managing director of Intact, International Training and Consultancy.
Her passion is to help multinationals create agile structures, innovative cultures and inspiring
leadership teams. Intact Academy has provided accredited coaching and consultancy training since
1992. The programs are available in 10 different countries. In the more than 25 years of teaching
coaches, consultants, leaders, more than 1800 people have been accredited.
OCTOBER
Workshop - Phase 1:
23rd - 25th Structure and dynamics of

groups and teams
• Overview of TA organizational theory.
• Learn about
• Team structures (boundaries, roles, and hierarchy),
• Relational structures and
• Psychodynamic structures (based on the unconscious
expectations of the people in the team).
Goal: explore specific interventions to increase durability,
effectiveness and efficiency within your team.

NOVEMBER Interim Team Coaching

2019 -
MARCH Assignment
2020 • The participants will be working in teams of two to three people
to provide real team coaching within their organizational
context between the two workshops.
• Participants will receive group supervision for the same.
• The team and members will be expected to use whatever tools
or process required to ascertain the team’s needs and realize
the learning contract.

Supervision groups
• Takes place in between the workshops (virtual media with Sari)
• Three to four participants per group
• Three online sessions of two hours each per group
Goal: practical application of the theory in the team coaching
assignment.
