ELIGIBILITY – BOYS BORN ON OR AFTER 01.09.2005

KIND ATTENTION – PLAYERS / PARENTS

Ø Players should possess Original Corporation Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card
the same have to be submitted, if selected.

Ø Under-12 boys born on or after 01.09.2007 are not eligible for Under-14 Trials.

Ø Bonafide Certificate from the School, should state the period for which the Candidate
is a Student of that School.

Ø Documents to be furnished at the time of submission:

Original Bonafide Certificate
Attested Copy of Birth Certificate Address proof & Aadhaar Card.

Ø Those Players who register for City Trials should produce an undertaking that they
will not participate in selection trials held at any District during the current year.

Ø Last Date for submission of filled forms: 29.04.2019 before 06.00 pm.

Ø Registration Forms can be downloaded from the TNCA website (www.tnca.in).
