MOTION TO WITHDRAW REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY

INVESTIGATION & WAIVER OF ARTICLE 125 OF THE RPC

The above-named accused, by themselves, upon this

Honorable Office of the City Prosecutor, most respectfully avers,
to wit:

1. That each of the accused have previously availed of their

right to a preliminary investigation and for that purpose,
they have waived any rights under the provisions of Article
125 of the Revised Penal Code;

2. That upon further legal consultation, both of the accused

now honestly and in good faith believe, that withdrawing
 the subject Request for Preliminary Investigation & Waiver
of Article 125 of the Revised Penal Code, shall contribute
to speedier disposition of the instant cases;

3. In view of the foregoing, both of the accused most

respectfully moves for the WITHDRAWAL of the subject
Request for Preliminary Investigation & Waiver of Article
125 of the Revised Penal Code;

4. This motion is filed in good faith and solely for the

foregoing reasons and not in any way intended to delay the
proceedings of this Honorable Office.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are

likewise prayed for.
