Good day! My name is John Henry O. Valencia and is expecting to be enrolled for second semester A.Y. 2018 –
2019 under the Juris Doctor Program. I am writing this letter to request for your approval of one (1) additional unit
this coming semester, for me to be able to completely take my back subjects that I left out for my Second Year
Curricula.
