Now comes plaintiff and for his class action complaint for himself and others similarly
situated states:
PARTIES
1, Plaintiff Musial is an individual resident of Cuyahoga County, and an owner of
property within this county at the relevant time period alleged in this suit.
2. Defendant County of Cuyahoga, Ohio, is a body politic in the State of Obio. It is
responsible for the assessment, property valuation, and collection of property taxes pursuant to
the Ohio Revised Code and does so through its agents and employees, including its agencies such
as the Board of Revision.
3. The Board of Revision is a Board of Cuyzhoga County established pursuant to
Title 57 of the Revised Code which operates to make binding determinations regarding the
