SKILLS 
I volunteered as a cashier so I can handle money and customers very well. I 
am also able to manage my time accurately and work in a team efficiently. Not 
to mention that I am very capable of working in an office space from my 
experience volunteering at the MCOE office.  

EXPERIENCE 
MCOE A.C.C.E.S.S. ​ - Volunteer  
August 2018 - PRESENT 
● While volunteering at MCOE i was able to learn a multitude of skills that 
will actually help me in reality. Those include: filing,bindings,laminating, 
and basically any other office skill.  
● I have spent approximately 30 hours so far volunteering here and will 
continue to do so.  

Merced High ​ - Snack bar  

August 2018 - PRESENT  
● I have currently been volunteering at my high school at the snack bar 
and learning how to manage money. My responsibilities consist of 
setting out the food, handling the money through the exchanges, and 
cleaning up afterwards. It has been a hassle do deal with so many 
students trying to get the same thing but I have done so successfully.  
● I am very trustworthy and can handle customers very well. .

SKILLS 

I am 17 years old and bilingual (English and Spanish). I’m social and know how to greet 
and treat customers. I’m a pretty quick learner and I am pretty dedicated; I managed to 
gain nearly 300 community service hours in my freshman year alone by taking 1 to 3 
hours to help out after school almost every day. I work with kids as a babysitter so I am 
very patient. I am dedicated to school and work hard when I need to; I finished my 
junior year with a 4.1 GPA and currently have a 4.2 GPA.  

EXPERIENCE 

Pow Pow​ - Restaurant Cashier 

July 2018 - August 2018 
● While in Washington DC, I worked as a cashier for a restaurant called Pow 
Pow. I would greet people as they entered and would take their orders and 
ring them up. I would also prepare food for the customers after taking their 
orders and would at times serve food and drinks. 

Kiddieland​ - Volunteer 
2017 - 2018 
● Last year, I would volunteer often at Kiddieland. I worked the rides and made 
sure the kids were safe and having a good time. 

Home ​- Babysitter 
2017 - Now 
● I work as a babysitter from time to time for many parents, I watch over kids 
and play with them so they’re not bored, but also make sure they’re safe and 
behaving.

Currently, I am a senior in High School. I am planning on attending a UC after I 
graduate.
