Procedure : As specified by the manufacturer, the application procedure was as follows:
1. The moulded surface of two G40 concrete slab were brushed clean.
2. The a coat of primer was applied with a roller at a coverage of 0.2
Ltrs/m2 in one application onto the concrete substrate and left to cure
for 24 hours.

3. The 1st coat of epoxy screed was applied with a trowel at a coverage of
0.5 Ltrs/m2 onto the primer surface and left to cure for 24 hours.

4. The 2nd coat of epoxy screed was applied with a trowel at a coverage of
0.6 Ltrs/m2 onto the 1st coat surface and left to cure for 24 hours.

5. The 1st coat of epoxy anti slip was applied with a roller at a coverage of
0.2 Ltrs/m2 onto the epoxy screed substrate and left to cure for 24 hours.

6. The 2nd coat of epoxy anti slip was applied with a roller at a coverage of
0.2 Ltrs/m2 onto the epoxy anti slip substrate and left to cure in air for 7
days before test.
