Notarised translation into Russian)
4. Copy of Passport / Document confirming your identity and citizenship (original and notarised translation into
Russian).

6. All documents must be translated into Russian and duly certified (notarised or certified at a consular department of
an embassy)
7. Health Certificate indicating no contraindications for studying in Russia (translated and certified)
8. HIV test certificate (translated and certified)

Documents Required for a Student Visa

1. Duly completed visa application form (http://visa.kdmid.ru) with a sticked photo
2. Valid passport.
3. Original invitation from the institute/university/academy issued by the concerned Ministries of the Russian
Federation.
4. Original Academic certificates. They must be attested by the Ministry of Education of Pakistan and the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs of Pakistan and translated into Russian language. Its copies should be attached to the application
case.
5. University Contract for the education signed by both sides.
6. HIV test certificate.
7. Medical fitness certificate.
8. Up-to-date bank statement. If the bank statement is not of the applicant but of a sponsor or a relative, there should
be a sponsor’s letter(affidavit).
9. Original Police Character Certificate with the contact number of issuing authority.
10. For applicants under 18 years – parental consent to travel certified by a notary
