2. In the event that there is a discrepancy between the Total Lump Sum Quotation
Price in the Breakdown Cost of Quotation and the Total Quotation Amount
submitted via GeBIZ, we agree that the latter shall prevail.

3. The validity period of this quotation is three (3) calendar months from the date
of closing.

4. The HDB does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation.

5. The quotation sum including all rates and prices submitted by us in this quotation
shall be exclusive of any Goods and Services Tax (hereinafter referred to as
"GST"). Any GST which is payable on taxable goods and services supplied
under the contract shall be separately paid by the HDB.
6. Our Offer together with the HDB’s Letter of Acceptance shall constitute a binding
contract between us and HDB. The contract shall be deemed to be made in
Singapore and shall be subject to, governed by and interpreted in accordance
with the Laws of the Republic of Singapore for every purpose. The application
of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of
Goods 1980 to this Contract is hereby expressly excluded.

7. We shall not, except in the proper performance of our duties under the
contract or with the prior written approval of HDB, during or after the
termination of the contract reproduce, publish use or disclose nor permit such
reproduction, use, publication or disclosure to any person, firm or corporation
of any information relating to the contract, HDB’s policies or such other
information as may be acquired by us pursuant to this contract.

8. We undertake to complete the whole of the Works within a period of Three

months from the date of receipt of your order to commence work, in conformity
with the Term and Specifications, Drawings and in accordance with the
general conditions of this quotation and preliminaries for the lump sum.
