Five Year Plan

Currently, I am a senior at Merced High School about to graduate and if i had to think in the

future of my five year plan it would consist of going to Merced College and getting my Real

Estate License, Find a job that pays good with that license, and a future family with the person i

love. Merced College is located on 3600 M St, Merced, Ca. I would like to go there because its a

quick way to earn your AA and it's a good environment to be around. It's surrounded by clubs

and different activities you can do on campus. The campus is real nice and i feel like i would be

able to adapt to the campus and take advantage of the opportunities they give me. It is also

located in merced so i wouldn't have to move away for my family. I really liked how the teachers

and helper were treating us when we went to go visit their campus. The only problem with my

education is the homework because if i have a job while in college i'm going to be tired and still

have to do homework. I am going to be exhausted.

As of a job i am currently unemployed and haven't had my first job yet. I currently

looking into jobs that i can apply for, I do this so i can pay for schooling and maybe find my own

little apartment soon. When i go to school i will be applying for financial aid and by then i

should have a job already. Financial aid should help me pay for my books with their money and

by with the money i earned by work i should be able to pay for whatever i need. By me having a

job i will be able to pay for my own things and become more independent. By doing this i think

it will benefit me in the long run to show that all i need is myself and i can set my mind to
anything i want. This will be a very good career for me and i find interest in it. There is a lot of

houses that need to be sold and i believe i can sell them with the confidence i have in myself.

By this time i should have a official job when i do get done with school. With my

paycheck i will pay for everything and be independent. I will buy my own house or apartment

and buy my own car. I will pay for everything that needs to be done to the car.

I should be living in a apartment at least in my future. If i had to pick a house and

everything goes right with my schooling i would have a upstairs house. If not its ok to but i at

least half to have a place of residency. The apartment would have to be in a good neighborhood

where it is very quiet. If i had a family in the future they would live with me and i would try to

pay for everything in the household. Food would be expensive so i would make sure i finance my

money the right way and pay for what need to live before anything else.

My thoughts on how i'm going to deal with this task is good. I really think i can do all

this and become successful at it. I am hard working and focused so i believe i can do this. I want

to make good money and be able to go to school. If i make good money that means more places

to go and more things i get to do later in life. If i really put my mind into and and just go all for it

i will get it. I just to have to do good in college and i will be ok. Real Estate and becoming just

successful in life is a dream for me because i want to be able to have nice things. I want to go to

work happy everyday knowing i love what i do and i'm glad to get up in the morning.

My challenges for completing my goal is going to be financial. Like being able to pay

for everything while working and going to school. There is going to be a lot of weight on my

shoulders but i believe i'm ready for what life throws at me. Another problem is going to be

homework because i'm going to be working a lot and i will be exhausted after work then after i
have to do homework and who knows how long that will take. This is my 5 year plan and the

way i'm thinking about my future.
