OPENING BY MUFTI
Good morning!
Thank you for coming today. It’s time to start the meeting. I’m affraid that Mr.
Alfandy can’t join us because he is attending business exhibition in Jakarta. The point we
have to understand is “Innovation Product of Anti Theft Bags”. The main objective is to
increasing sales volume.
As long as you know that Anti Theft Bags are currently in great demand because now
safety is the first thing. As you can see from the agenda we will be talk about the first Desain
of Product, in the first agenda we will be talk about form of the product, color of the product
and the benefits of the product. The second item to discuss Raw Materials, in the second
agenda we will be talk about quality of product, raw material supplier, and price of product
materials. And the last about Packaging of product, in the last agenda we will be talk about
packaging form, color of the packaging, and packaging ergonomics. Let’s get down to
business.
I’d like to ask Ms. Mega to tell us about Design of Product. So please Ms. Mega to
tell us about your opinion.
FIRST AGENDA BY MEGA
Thank you for Mr. Mufti. Could I have your attention, please! As you know that our
company have a new product this is “Anti Theft Bags” but according to the survey results our
product can’t give the good benefits for cunsumers. So in this opportunity our company will
be making innovation for this product.
As you know the first agenda is about Desain of Product, in the first agenda we will
be talk about the product form, color of the product and the benefits of the product. I think the
product form especially the size of the bag needs to be minimized, so that it easy to carry.
The next supporting point we will be talk about color of the product and the benefits of the
product. What do you think about this, Fara?
FARA : I think the suitable color for this bag is glow in the dark color, such as grey, yellow,
and navy. But I’m prefer to grey color, because this color is unisex.
Mega : Thank you for your opinion, Fara. I’m agree with you, because glow in the dark
color is elegant and easy to find in the dark place. And the next supporting point we willl be
talk about benefits of the product. According to the survey results our product can’t give the
good benefits for cunsumers. So in my opinion we must to give more benefits for the
consumers, like a provides GPS and anti-theft alarm features.
Mufti : So, the main point is the size of Anti Theft Bags needs to be minimized, the color
of the bag is grey with glow in the dark color, than give more benefits for the consumers with
provides GPS and anti-theft alarm features. Let’s move on to the next agenda. I’d like to ask
Mr. Riko to tell us about Raw Materials. So please Mr. Riko to tell us about your opinion.
SECOND AGENDA BY RIKO
Thank you for Mr. Mufti. Could I have your attention, please! In my opinion to
increase quality of the product we must use high quallity of the matrials, like a use polyester
fabric materials because the materials water repellent and dual protection. Then we supply
the raw materials from the direct producers located in Jakarta, so we can save costs. And the
price of polyester fabric is about Rp. 7.000.000,- per roll. According to the survey results that
price is cheapest with good quality.
Mufti : Thank you for your opinion, Mr. Riko. I’m agree with you. So, the main point is
raw material used polyester fabric materials because the materials water repellent and dual
protection, then the materials from Jakarta, and the price of polyester fabric is about Rp.
7.000.000,- per roll. Let’s move on to the next agenda. I’d like to ask Ms. Fara to tell us
about Packaging of Product. So please Ms. Fara to tell us about your opinion.

It’s good idea Mr. Riko, but I suggest you to use oxford material, because this material made
from cotton and tettoron. So, it more stronger and soft. And this material is also water
repellent.

I’m agree with you Ms. Mega, because that price is cheaper than polyester fabric. It’s about
Rp 2.000.000,- per roll

THIRD AGENDA BY FARA

Thank you for Mr. Mufti. Could I have your attention, please! In this opportunity I
will be talk about innovation for our packaging product. I think the suitable packaging for
Anti Theft Bags is dustbag with Lotus logo, and to protect the bags we use a box with duplex
paper material, because this paper material is sturdy and thick. Then the colors of the
packaging is black and grey, black means elegant and grey means natural, because Anti Theft
Bags is especially for man. In my opinion the suitable packaging for this product is box like a
totebag, so that easy to carry.
RIKO : It’s good idea Ms. Fara, but i think if using ivory paper material is much better
than duplex paper because it is sturdy but not too thick.
MEGA : Yes I agree with Mr. Riko because if using ivory paper material, the packaging
is easy to carry
MUFTI : Thank you for your opinion Ms. Fara, Mr. Riko and Ms. Mega. So the main point
is the packaging of Anti Theft Bags is dustbag with box like a totebag and use ivory paper
material, so easy to carry with black and grey colors. I think we’ve covered everything.
