1. Relationship of Teachers
The relationship teachers at junior high school 07 Tolitoli is very
harmonious and family-friendly, they very respect for each other. Giving
comment and suggestion in the learning process, sometimes their help for
each other to do something in school example if there is an event their make
a committee that consists of all the teacher that would be arranged.

2. The relationship between teacher and students

The relationship between teachers and students is harmonious.


Teachers always guide and educate students with the responsibility. And
students always respect Mr. / Mrs. Teachers like their own parents.

3. Relationship of students

The relationship between students is full of intimacy. Although they


have a different department, it is not become their obstacle to make a good
relationship.

4. Teacher relationship between administration staff

The relationship teacher between administration staff is harmonious.


The administration staffs help the equipment for the teacher as like make a
permission letter or agreement and collect the data about school.

5. Social relations in overall


Social relationship is running well for overall because there is a good

communication between teacher, administration staff and students.

F. The rules of the school

1. For students

a. Every Monday all of the students must follow the ceremony and for
those who do not follow the ceremony will got the punishment.

b. Every student must wear the uniforms of school based on the day.

c. The student must come before the class is started.

d. Students who have picket cleaning must come early before the class
starts.

e. As long as the learning process the students have to stay in class.

f. Students are not allowed to bring the headphoneas long as the process
learning except science lessons

g.Students that coming later would give the sanctions from the picket
teacher.

h. Students must give respect to the teacher.

2. The rules for the teachers and staff


A. The obligation of the teacher

1. Come 10 minutes before the class start.

2. Sign the attendance list every working hour

3. Wear uniform according to the schedule that has been determined


according to the attributes.

4. Follow the ceremonies every Monday and national holidays that have
been determined.
5. Arranged the program teaching and report to the headmaster for all of
the tasks from school.

6. Send the permission letter/notification to the headmaster for who are


not present.

7. Give the assignments to students, for the teacher is not present.

8. Report to the headmaster/picket teacher if there is another activity


outside of school.

9. Being a good role model for each teacher and students (through words,
attitudes, actions, and clothes).

10. Keep the security of school and the integrity of school tools.

11. Give attention/help the implementation school will be disciplined.

12. Respect/appreciate for each teacher and keep the secret of position.

B. Prohibition of school

1. Smoking while teaching in class.

2. Leave the class before the time is over.

3. Repatriate students before the time is over, except if the students are sick.

4. Buying and selling things based on personal.

5. Utilize the student for personal.

6. Use, sell, mortgage and lend school equipment outside their authority.

7. Do the activities, either individually or together which make the school is


a loss.

8. Give the lesson private to the student without the permission of the
headmaster.
9. Get a dress and make up that is not suitable with the personality teacher.
C. Punishment

1. First warning or mild, get the oral warning from the headmaster.

2. Second warning or medium, get the written warning from the headmaster.

3. Third warning or weight, get a warning or sanction from the officer that
has a more power than the headmaster as according to law.

D. General impression

My impression is for Junior High school 7 TOLITOI,The school is quite


adequate with the physical condition of the school which has a land area of
504 m2. The number of classrooms is 3. The size of the classrooms is 7×8
m2. The existing buildings are quite adequate as well, such as having a
laboratory, also having a library room, a skill room, a UKS room, a BK
room, a Principal's room, a Teacher's room, aOsis room, a kitchen,
bathroom and worship room.

The school also has several types of sports fields, such as volleyball
courts, badminton, and jumping platforms. The field is also large enough to
be used during the flag ceremony.
The state of the school environment is surrounded by housing and
gardens. On the north there are Elementary School 3 Tolitoli, on the south
there are residents housing, on the west there are roads, on the east there are
residents housing.

The condition of the school environment is good because each


building is neatly arranged, where the classrooms are also sequential and
comfortable to use for learning. Then the page is quite wide, in front of each
class there are long chairs and in front there is one parking place for one
teacher for students. Each classroom is also neatly arranged because it has a
type of flower plant.
There are a number of facilities at the school even though only some
of them function properly while others need to be repaired. Facilities that
function well such as libraries, BK rooms, halls, administration rooms, UKS
rooms, prayer rooms and bathrooms / toilets. Whereas the facilities that
need to be repaired are laboratories, skills rooms and student rooms.

The number of teachers in school 14, these school teachers has a


very close relationship helping each other when some of them have
difficulty, when they are too busy there are some teachers who are always
joking.

Social interaction in SMP 7 Tolitoli is well established, as the


relationship between teachers and teachers is harmoniously established and
the family relations are quite close. They also respect each other for fellow
teachers. The relationship between teachers and students is also harmonious,
mutual understanding, and helping each other. For example, students ask the
teacher to ask about unknown material even though the subject is out of
hours, and the teacher asks students to clean the school lavatories. The
relationship between students and students is well intertwined; they are all
friends with a close relationship regardless of the status of their differences
in beliefs between Muslims and Christian religious people. Teacher
relations with administrative staff respect each other, respect and apply
courtesy. They also help each other, and they often gather together. Social
relations as a whole are going well because there is a continuation of good
communication.

 Yes, because for the first time the teacher makes an example that has
a relationship between the topics to make the students' motivation
learns is good.

 The attention of students to the teacher during the lesson is a good.

B. 1. How the way the teacher delivered the main material?

 When the process of learning the teacher makes some of the points
and then the teacher will be explained one by one to make it the
students understand by a used projector to make it clear the lesson.

 As long as the learning processes the teacher asking a question three


times to the students.

 There are 3 students that can answer the question from the teacher.

 There are several students that got a difficult to understand the

 There are several students disturb the learning process, the teacher
would give a warning to the students.

 The activities students when the teacher explains the material, there
are several students focus to the teacher for a while and other
students are doing their own activities as like have a chit-chat.

 Give the students an assignment.

 The teacher collected the result of their assignment 4 times, and then
it would be the calculation to get the result.

 Make it finished the material, and gave the students an assignment.

The first meeting for the first month I become a teacher I feel like a
nervous because this is the first time, I entered in VIII class that consists of
29 students are having a different character. I teach them about introduction
material “how to introduce self”. I want to know their speaking skill in
English, there are several students that do the assignment and there are
several students are not doing the assignment. I’m doing to do my
observation with this class.

The second meetingI started to teach them with the material “ Our
busy roads” this is the material by their book. The students are so excited to
learn, they are very active in class just for several students are passive. As
long as the learning process their very respect to the teacher.

The third meeting I gave them about “ read the lyrics of the song ”.
this is the material by their book. During the teaching and learning process
they were very happy because of singing. All were active in the class, no
one did other activities. They focus on learning.

The second month I was enjoyed to being a teacher, facing the


character of students who sometimes cannot be guessed. Sometimes when
entered there is a class is ready and not ready to learn. As a teacher I have to
find ways to make their enthusiasm for learning in out. Every time I got
difficult with faced the character of students I always make a
communication with my teacher guide.
