The development of a official website (website+blog) is being
proposed to DOUBLE 4 INTERNATIONAL CENTER BAUHI.
For the sake of this proposal the term User/Internet User –
means persons who visit the website.

Center, Upcoming Events, news and other updates, also

contents, within the website.

2. ADMIN PANEL: This segment of the website also

known as the backend will be used to administer the
frontend that clients and users will be seeing. It will
have the function to:

c. response to users requests and enquiry
d. Sending mails to Subscribed Emails

F. WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
While website maintenance is not included in the quoted fees, We will be
available to address any basic questions you may have at any time in the
future.
Additional maintenance and administration for said site has a standard fee
of N5,000/month, and will become necessary every now and then to
update modules that keep your site functional. The backend will
automatically notify when new updates are available, and this can be set
to inform you once a week or daily Vis Email (if you choose to enable this
that is)
Or You may agree additionally to an annual fee of N30,000 for basic
updates to the system

 G. PAYMENTS, YEARLY HOSTING AND MAINTENANCE
a) An initial deposit of 85% of TOTAL CHARGE is required to kick-
start the job Remaining 15% is to be paid at project
deployment(given all amendments to the project).
b) The sum of N19,000 (domain/hosting fee) will be paid annually
for maintenance of both the website, and covering the recurring
yearly Domain renewal, host subscriptions and other
miscellaneous unforeseen situations.
c) The job has been scheduled to be developed in a period of Four
+One Weeks starting from the day this proposal is given effects to.
Further debugging and miscellaneous failure in program within 3
months after the deployment date can be directed to us for fix up
free of charge.
d) New Upgrade to the features of the website attracts a fresh but
subtle agreement. Consultation is always free anytime anyday.
e) Agreement shall be reached on to if we are to be the one to
constantly keep the SITE updated with news and others.
