CAUSE #S007444-01: Please be advised that the Judge granted deferred disposition
on the speeding violation. The deferred disposition fee is $193.10. The Court must receive
payment prior to April 27, 2012.
The probationary period of 90 days end on June 26, 2012. As a condition of the
deferred disposition, you are required to take and successfully complete a state-approved
driver safety course. The official course certificate of completion must be returned to the
court no later than June 26, 2012.
CAUSE #S007444-02: Please be advised that the Judge granted deferred disposition
on the no insurance violation. The deferred disposition fee is $339.00. The Court must
receive payment prior to May 27, 2012.
The probationary period of 150 days end on September 24, 2012. As a condition of
the deferred disposition, you are required to submit proof of current insurance, your
address, and phone number to the Court by April 11, 2012. You must also submit proof of
insurance to the Court at the end of the deferral period; said proof showing that you kept in
force financial responsibility during the entire probationary period.
Payment (cashier’s check or money order) must be sent to The City of Rowlett
Municipal Court, P.O. Box 370, Rowlett, TX 75030-0370. Please reference payment with the
above-listed cause number, and then verify that the Court is in receipt of payment. The
Court’s telephone number is 972.412.6222.
If you comply with the terms and conditions of your deferred, the citations shall be
dismissed and will not affect your driving record.
