INTRODUCTION

Fruit World Enterprise plan establish as a partnership business, involve of seven

people, and state of location at UMK JELI CAMPUS. Date of business

commencement on 24th October 2018 launch at UMK JELI CAMPUS. For the first

day, we sell sandwich as our product. For the next day, our main product is “Rojak

Buah” and for side product are Cocktail and Sandwich. For the final day, we sold

“Rojak Buah”, Sandwich and “Asam Boi drinks”.

VISION

• Creating local fruit stalls as an alternative channel for consumers to get quality local

fruits with customer friendly services in Malaysia.

MISSION

• Providing quality fast and flexible services to active the level of customer

satisfaction.

• Enhance inter-agency collaboration in implementing nutrition fruits activities.

• Integrating nutrition fruits into national developments policies and programs.

OBJECTIVE

• Evaluate and monitor the nutritional fruits status of the community.

• Promoting healthy eating habits among communities.

• Preventing and controlling nutritional issues related to malnutrition and excessive


intake on nutrient.

Content

As we know, fruits are one of the essential elements in our diet. In pyramid, fruits

are in the third place that needed to all people for their body. In addition to Fruit

World Enterprise will be produce variety of fruits which is Fruits, “Rojak Buah”,

Cocktail, “asam boi drinks” and sandwich.

Fruits business is a kind of common business in Malaysia, but why Fruit World

Enterprise still chooses this kind of business? It is because we have our own

technique and recipe in order to keep our product fresh and quality compare to other

competitors.

In addition, we want to cover 10% market share for starting year on existing market

share. Our targets also want to increase percentage of market share at least 2%

every year. By increase our sales every years we can create good competition

among the other three competitors which is Fruitish, Fruitie Lab and Zaszcalit.

As we know, fruits contain vitamins which are essential for our body to growth. In

order to add variety to our product, besides sell our fruits, we also sell juices. The

unique and strength of our product are based on our ingredient used, our own recipe

such as “Kuah Rojak” that we adapt from traditional foods.

The product that Fruit World produce are “Rojak Buah”, Cocktail, “Asam Boi drinks”

and sandwich. Assortment of Sandwich with contribute 44% of sales(day 1), total

sale Coctktail, Sandwich and “Rojak Buah” with contribute 21% of sales(day 2), total
sale for “Rojak Buah”, “Asam Boi drinks” and sandwich are contribute 52% of

sales(day 3).

Besides that, other strength of our company also is based on our strategic location

where most people passing by. Thus, it is not possible for customer to buy our

product.

PRODUCT OR SERVICE

1. Promote local fruit

This business is a one way that can introduce promotes a local fruit to the foreigner

beside that also can help to increase gross domestic product to economic country.

2. Easy to market

Fruit World produce many types of fresh fruit where we are easy to get the input and

also easy to market because people mostly interested with fruit.

3. Easy to create external stimuli

The way how we present our product is easy to create external stimuli because

naturally fruits has fresh smelly that can attract customers to buy our product.
CONCLUSION

For the conclusion, after being for three days in the entrepreneurship week we

can feels a lots of feeling of how to be a successful entrepreneurs to develop and

sold their product to the public and how they across the obstacle to achieve their

mission to exposes the product. Some of the feelings that we can feel during the

week is we can know that to be an entrepreneurs we cant’s give up to promote our

product to the people around. We must take it as a lesson for us to exposes our

product by looking at other business people that starting from bottom and never give

up until their products are being known around the world. In this case to promote the

product our member are being walked around the site to sell the product to the

people around there. We also learn how the feelings of the business people when

people around are not supported their business at the first time. To avoid this

obstacle our member partner has been making some tester of our product to the

public to see their respond and at the same time also to get their support. We also

learn that to be an entrepreneur we must be intelligent to face the competition

among the other business people. In this situation our member has make some

promotion on the facebook, instagram and whatsapp to give some information about

our product and its benefits in a creative ways to attract the people interest to our

product.
For the improvement of the business project for the next carnival, here are some

recommendation that we can give. Firstly we recommend to open the carnival to the

public people other than to the university student only. This situation will improve the

profits of the student business and make them be more happy to runs the projects

and increase their side income.

Secondly, we recommend that to expand the time for the stall to be open until

night. Some of the students basically are being busy at the morning because they

have to attend the class. So their time are not fully can be at their stall and this will

affect their opportunities to sold their product because most of the customer only go

to the stall that just open that time

Lastly we recommend for not inviting other business people outside from the

UMK to join the carnival. This situation play a big role for the students because more

of the customer will go to their stall first compared to the students stall. This will

make student’s business are in a dangerous situation because most of the customer

are more supported to the outside stall than student’s stall.
