other expenses associated with the transfer, on buyer’s

CONDITIONS : 1) Expression of interest must be via submission of a formal
Letter of Intent (LOI), signed by the principal buyer, under
company letterhead. If corporate for seller’s review and
approval.
2) Company Profile must be submitted with LOI or document
as evidence of Proof of Capacity that the Principal Buyer is
ready, willing and able to engage.
3) Documents for verification may be provided upon the
Buyer’s submission of LOI, upon request.
