From the grading and site plans it appears that fencing will require removal, however limits of removal are not noted on the demolition plans;
Clarify limits of fence demolition and fence type/size, provide fence installation details and specifications.
Plans should slow limits of pavement removal/saw cutting for proposed water/sewer/storm sewer piping. Plans should show how pavement will be restored following pipe
installation.
Provide notes indicating the size and material of existing water main pipe and the proposed size of valve "T".
Plans should indicate type of water service pipe; specifications are unclear, listing multiple pipe material options.
It appears that the fire hydrants will require bollard protection; provide a detail for bollard placement and a detail for bollard construction.
The pump and piping layout for the Warehouse truck well is not clearly defined, provide more detail in next plan set.
