2019-04-10 SPOILATION of EVIDENCE in Powers v The Bank of New York Mellon.

My
Previous Audit on this home believed to be owned by Judge David Carter revealed only ONE
ACTIVE Mortgage in MERS on this property. Today, we have Multiple Mortgage Accounts in
MERS appearing to be paid off. What happened to the ACTIVE Flagstar Mortgage??? It just
disappeared in MERS. Looks like someone waived their magic wand.

Renee Wyler Message me with your address. I actually contacted the entities that "registered"
my Counterfeit mortgages in MERS. The first 7 digits are the Member of MERS who registered
the mortgage. (After I filed this info in court, MERS disabled their MERS Member ID Lookup
feature.) I have FOUR ACTIVE Mortgages on my home when I did a search in "Property
Address Only" using different versions of the address. I have verification that the mortgage
account RECORDED at the county was closed before 2009 by the entity who registered the
mortgage. So why then, do I have FOUR ACTIVE Mortgage accounts in MERS? A broker in
Chicago claims they did NOT register one of the active mortgage accounts although their MERS
Member number was used. I contacted Quicken Loans and they said that the Active mortgage on
my home should actually be on my neighbor's home. TWO Mortgage Accounts registered in
MERS on my property show as ACTIVE yet I confirmed with JP Morgan that we have never
had a mortgage with them. I am beginning to think that Mortgage Brokers may be entering these
Counterfeit accounts. We need discovery in a court case to find out who was the person(s) who
REGISTERED these Counterfeit accounts. They would need a USER ID and PASSWORD to
access the Database and register the loan. There are 21 fields to fill out to register these loans.
The loan application would be used to "harvest" this info. I am asking the court now to answer
the million dollars question - DOES AN ENTITY HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE MY
PERSONAL IDENTITY TO CREATE AN "ALLEGED" DEBT" USING THE LOAN
APPLICATION WITHOUT THE BENEFIT OF A FULLY ENDORSED PROMISSORY
NOTE? I am sure that they will do anything to avoid answering this question, but we will see.
The US Supreme Court is going to have to answer this question in the coming weeks in Mohan v
Wells Fargo. I did his audits in his case on three of the US Supreme Court Justices' personal
residences as well as Elizabeth Warren's personal residence AND the residence of the
Massachusetts AG. All Audits illustrated MERS Fraud on THEIR PROPERTIES. Rene Powers
is meeting with Maxine Waters in the next couple of weeks. She has my Audit on one of the two
homes that Maxine Waters owns in Los Angeles. She has the "Mother Load" of Counterfeit
mortgages on HER home in LA. So we shall demand answers.
