accidente siguiendo nuestras reglas de seguridad.
AVISOS:
• Niños menores de 14 años: deberán entrar
acompañados de un adulto.
• Menores de edad: No podrán hacer uso de las obras
interactivas.
• Prohibido el ingreso con bebés, por el efecto del
Light Wall (Muro de luz).
• En caso de presentarse algún comportamiento
inadecuado, el personal de seguridad intervendrá
para manejar la situación y podrá solicitarle
retirarse del museo.
• En caso de cualquier percance el equipo de
seguridad intervendrá para asistir al visitante.
• Debido a las características y efectos de algunas
obras, le recomendamos tomar precauciones o no
interactuar con las siguientes obras:
· LIGHT WALL (Muro de luz)
Si tiene epilepsia, problemas del corazón,
cardiovasculares o usa marcapasos.
· PILL CLOCK (Red And White Pills)
Reloj de píldoras (Píldoras rojas y blancas)
Si tiene diabetes, hiperglucemia, hipoglicemia o
daños renales, ya que contienen glucosa.
· Sólo una pastilla por persona.
· LOVE DRUG (Pea) (Droga del amor [FEA])
Si tiene problemas neuronales, ya que tiene
feniletilamina.
• Por favor no utilice las piezas interactivas si no se
siente seguro o si sabe que pueden afectarle.
• Algunas obras no son accesibles para visitantes
con sillas de ruedas, andaderas o carriolas.
• No es posible ingresar con perros de asistencia
por su cuenta, pero podrá reservar una visita en
educacion@museotamayo.org para un recorrido
alternativo.
INGRESO Y RECORRIDO:
• Favor de no obstruir entradas ni salidas.
• No sentarse en las escaleras.
• Avance de manera continua dentro de las salas de
exhibición para permitir el flujo constante de
visitantes.
• Si algún visitante se demora demasiado, nuestro
personal de seguridad podrá indicarle continuar su
recorrido.
• Posiblemente deba esperar un poco para hacer uso
de las piezas interactivas.
• Favor de supervisar en todo momento a los niños.
En algunas áreas o situaciones, el personal de
seguridad le podrá solicitar tomarlos de la mano.
SALIDAS DE EMERGENCIA:
• Puerta principal.
• Puerta de vidrio al final del patio central.
DECISION TUBES
TUBOS DE DECISIÓN
• No podrán ingresar: Niños menores de 8 años,
bebés, mujeres embarazadas y personas mayores
de 70 años.
• Sólo hay un acceso a la instalación y no es posible
reingresar una vez afuera.
• Recomendamos no ingresar a la instalación si sufre
de vértigo, miedo a las alturas, mareos o
sensaciones afines.
• Si requiere de apoyo, avise a nuestro personal para
ser asistido.
• La instalación está diseñada para tener 10 personas
adentro, por favor espere su turno para ingresar y
siga las instrucciones del personal.
• La instalación es para transitar, por lo que no es
posible detenerse en un sitio o sentarse.
• Evite hacer movimientos bruscos o agitar las
paredes de la red.
• Prohibido saltar adentro.
• Prohibido sacar fotografías dentro.
• Prohibido el uso del celular. Guárdelo bien para que
no se caiga durante su trayecto (El museo no se
hará responsable de pérdidas materiales).

Las personas que entren a la exposición y deseen
interactuar con las obras, lo harán bajo su propia
responsabilidad y tomando en cuenta las instrucciones
y riesgos aquí descritos. El Museo Tamayo no se hace
responsable por los percances derivados de no considerar
nuestras reglas de seguridad.

Before entering, please read the following notice. We kindly
ask for your help to preserve the good condition of the works
and installations, and to prevent any accidents by following
our security rules.
NOTICE:
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Underage visitors are not allowed to engage with
the interactive works.
• Babies are not allowed in for safety reasons.
• In case of inappropriate behavior, the security
personnel will act to control the situation, and
visitors may be asked to leave the museum.
• In case of any mishap, the security team will assist
the visitors.
• Due to the characteristics and effects of some of
the works, we recommend you to take precaution or
not to interact with the following works:
· Light Wall: If you suffer from epilepsy, heart
problems, circulatory problems, or you use a
pacemaker.
· Pill Clock (Red and White Pills):If you suffer from
diabetes, high blood sugar, low blood sugar, or
kidney failure. The work contains glucose.
· Just one pill per person.
· Love Drug (PEA): If you suffer from mental or
neurological problems, as the work contains
phenylethylamine.
• Please do not engage with the interactive works if
you feel unsafe or unsure that they might affect
your wellbeing.
• Some works are not accessible for visitors using
wheelchairs or baby strollers.
• Service dogs are not allowed during regular
museum hours. You may book an alternative visit by
contacting educacion@museotamayo.org
ENTRY AND TOUR:
• Please do not block any entrances or exits.
• Do not sit on the stairs.
• Advance continuously in the exhibition rooms in
order to allow a constant flow of visitors.
• If a visitor takes too long in any of the rooms, our
security personnel may instruct them to continue
the tour.
• Visitors may have to wait some time to make use of
the interactive works.
• Please oversee your children at all times. During
some parts of the exhibition, the security personnel
may ask you to hold hands with them.
EMERGENCY EXITS:

• Glass door at the back of central patio
DECISION TUBES
• Children under 8 years old, babies and pregnant
women are not allowed in for safety reasons.
• There is only one entrance to the installation and
you may not re-enter once you are outside.
• We recommend avoiding the exhibition if you suffer
from vertigo, fear of heights, dizziness or similar
sensations.
• In case you need help, please reach our personnel
and you will be assisted.
• The installation is designed to fit 10 people,
please wait for your turn and follow the museum
personnel’s instructions.
• The installation is designed to be walked through.
Sitting or stopping is not allowed.
• Please avoid sudden noises and moving the net walls.
• Do not jump.
• Do not take pictures.
• Do not use your phone. Please put it away securely
so that it doesn’t fall in any point of the exhibition.
The museum will not be responsible for lost items.
TWO ROAMING BEDS (GREY)
• It is not allowed to use the beds during the day nor
without prior reservation.
• Reservations for a stay must be previously booked.
