Look Back Effect

The revision of this assignment compared to the reflection, was much more simple. It

basically consisted of little mistakes throughout the paper. While reading through it I was able to

notice something that I seem to do pretty frequently: comma splices. I seem to have a comma in

literally almost every sentence. Some of them, however, are completely justified and needed.

For the majority though it seems I use commas as a form of a break or pause, as if I were pausing

as I spoke. Besides those few mistakes, the majority of the essay accomplished to goal in which

I desired. Looking back at other past assignments I realized that this is a common mistake I

make. I basically break up a run-on sentence to make it sound more like something a person

would speak, and that is not always the correct way to write.
