Quality Control Testing of Diphtheria Antitoxin Serum using Ammonium Sulphate Precipitation
Method” under joint supervision of Dr. Anurag Sankhyan, Deputy Assistant Director, Officer In
Charge, Antisera Division, Central Research Institute, Kasauli and Dr. Shiv Kumar Giri, Assistant
Professor, Department of Biotechnology, School of Basic and applied Sciences, Maharaja Agrasen
University, Baddi (H.P).

Laboratory skills:
 Microbiological techniques- spreading, pouring, streaking etc.
 Molecular biology and recombinant DNA technology – DNA isolation, SDS-PAGE, Restriction
Digestion, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis.
 Bioinformatics- Software such as BLAST.
 Plant Tissue Culture - Callus Culture, artificial seed formation etc.
 Strengths:
