1 Line numbers should be either horizontal or vertical. If there is not enough space on the line, please use a pointer.
2 If a line size is provided, please make sure the entire line number is updated.
3 Fix Page connectors so that the P&ID numbers fit in the box.
4 Slope indication if necessary.
5 All nozzles need to be numbered.
6 All nozzles need to show a size.
7 All valve tags should have 2 digit sequential number.
8 All line numbers should have a 2 digit sequential number.
9 Verify Title of the P&ID is correct as marked on the P&ID.
10 Flags coming on to the page and leaving the page (dwg) should all be lined up on the right or left side of the drawing.
11 Align the line numbers close to the on-page and off-page flags, when there is space to do so.
12 Please use consistent fonts. The same font for "MIN" should be used for all mins on all P&IDs. Etc.
13 Minimize crossing lines/pipes on the drawing when possible.
14 Please make sure that all redlines on the drawing have been addressed.
15 Use only red symbols specific to Regeneron project
16 Manually fill unit number and s. no in all objects
17 Don’t use X in any drawings except there is specific instruction for use. Use 9 instead for any missing line no, tag no etc
18 Make sure the respective Designer is creating version before the updated P&ID is imported into JPI.
19 Interlocks should not have tag sequence numbers
20 End component should be true with appropriate description
21 End component would not be true for a blind flange on a Y-Strainer or a plug or cap for vent/drain valve

33 Interlocks should not have any sequence number.
34 Isolation valve should be closely coupled with equipment/skid nozzle.
35 End component shall be true only with a proper description.
36 End component shall not be true for blind flange / cap / plug on vent / drain / Y-strainer.
37 Everything inside vendor package boundary shall have "Supplied by vendor" as property and duly checked with "vendor scope" display set.
38 Insulation purpose must have a value, use "NI" for pipe run with no insulation.
In case of double isolation of an instrument, the valve close to the main pipe run shall be a piping valve and the other one shall be an instrument
