First Quarter Project

1. Develop a web site/web page based on a theme.

2. The web site/web page must be a static website that is consistent between at least 2 web
browsers (i.e. Edge and Others)

3. Follow and consider the principles & standards in web layout and development (such as
neat and minimal layout).

4. Your project must contain the following:


a. Home Page/Home Section which states the contents and description of your
page.
b. Nobel Prize Winner* which shows the personal information of the
Winner/Scientist such as
i. Basic Profile (with Portrait Photo if available)
ii. Field of Specialization
iii. Achievements
iv. Nobel Prize Award Details

c. Web page for each group member – If you won a Nobel Prize, what would it be?
What did you do to win a Nobel Prize? Why would you deserve one? Include your
basic information in this section (with Profile Picture).

5. You may add images and other graphics. There should be at least 3 links (e.g. fb, moodle,
google+).

6. Copying contents from the web is highly discouraged. Original and authentic idea will be
more appreciated. In case you can’t avoid that circumstance, cite your source
whenever you use contents from other resources.

7. This project involves individual task (‘wag pabuhat). Validate your project before
presenting it to your teacher.

8. Deadline will be on October 12, 2017 4:00 PM. DO NOT WAIT for deadline, present your
project earlier.

9. Late submissions or presentations will not be graded.

10. You could work in the laboratory/techHub during scheduled timeslot or whenever the
lab/hub is free provided that you were permitted by your subject teacher.
