Safety Staff in your Surabaya Office. I would love to help the company
achive its mission of implementing safety culture. Its relevant from my study
background as Safety and Health Engineering.

My name is Bayu Widya Nur afifah. Fresh graduate from Safety and Health
Engineering 2019. I have AK3U certificate, training contractor safety
managemet system, training ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, training
ergonomical risk assesment, training hazard analysis critical control point.
After working as Safety Support at PT ALP Petro Industry based in
Pasuruan. From reviewing the job description for The Safety Staff position
at your company, Im eager to apply this experience to help your Safety team
uncover and excute on safety program.

I'm intrest in water sport and adventure, so I easy to adaptation, working on

team, and never had trouble with dateline. As Security and Permission
