ASSISTANT TREASURERS

The Department of Finance (DOF), in cooperation with the Civil Service

Commission (CSC), aims to further professionalize and benchmark the
competencies of local treasury officers in the spirit of good fiscal
governance and local public financial management through a
competency assessment examination.

EOPT
Ethics-Oriented Personality Test

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION

MUNICIPAL APPLICANTS
on or before October 12, 2015 at the Provincial Treasurer’s Office
PROVINCIAL AND CITY APPLICANTS
on or before October 14, 2015 at the BLGF Regional Office

PERSONAL REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. NO FEES WILL BE COLLECTED.

The exam is MANDATORY for all permanent and designated Provincial, City, and Municipal Treasurers and Assistant Treasurers.
On a first-come, first-serve basis, other local employees, particularly from the Local Treasury or Accounting Office, may take the BCLTE as a qualifying
examination, provided they already meet the minimum requirements for treasurer or assistant treasurer position set by the Local Government Code.
