CASE STUDY TWO - Judge Kevin Elsenheimer

Kevin Elsenheimer is a judge of the 13th Circuit Court in Michigan. He was appointed by Gov.
Rick Snyder (R) on January 9, 2017, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge
Philip Rodgers.[2]
Elsenheimer was previously a Republican member of the Michigan House of Representatives,
representing District 105 from 2005 to 2011.

According to the Grand Traverse County Register of Deeds, Judge Elsenheimer owns the
property located at 3340 N FOUR MILE ROAD, TRAVERSE CITY, MI 49686.
This is the RECORDS on Judge Elsenheimer’s property per the Grand Traverse Register of
Deeds Office:
As you can see from above the Alden State Bank Mortgage with a RECORDING DATE of
3/26/2015 appears to have been DISCHARGED on or around 6/24/2016. MERS REGISTERED
a Mortgage with PHH with the NOTE DATE of 3/23/2015 which is THREE DAYS Prior to the
Recorded Mortgage of his property by Alden State Bank. This will need to be further
investigated to see if the Alden State Bank Mortgage was double funded and sold to BOTH PHH
and Alden State Bank. The PHH Mortgage appears below in a MERS search of the Address:
This PHH mortgage REMAINS ACTIVE and appears to have been originated/or possibly
FUNDED at or around the SAME time frame as the Alden State Bank Mortgage. The Alden
State Bank Mortgage appears to have BEEN DISCHARGED, however the PHH Mortgage
remains ACTIVE. An investigation is warranted as to why multiple accounts remain ACTIVE in
MERS on this Address, both transactions being possibly FUNDED in March of 2015.
This version of the address “4 Mile Rd N” is what is referred to as an “EXCEEDS” Pattern which
means that there are MORE THAN 20 HIDDEN Mortgage Accounts in the MERS System on
this address as the MERS Database can only pull 20 or less at a time. This “Exceeds Pattern”
is consistent with Politicians/Elected Officials and persons who have access to the MERS
Database. I have seen the same “EXCEEDS pattern” on Congressman Dave Trott’s Home in
Birmingham Michigan and Linda Orlan’s Home in Birmingham, as well. Both Orlans and Trott
are owners of Foreclosure Mills. Presidential Candidate, Elizabeth Warren also has this pattern
on her home in Massachusetts. My Audit was FILED on her home in the following court case,
(Harihar v US Bank).
This “Version” of the Judge’s Property address reveals an ACTIVE Nationstar Mortgage
Account. Notice the city and state did NOT need to be entered to reveal this mortgage account.
Notice that the NOTE DATE is 9/16/2016. County Records DO NOT RECONCILE with this date
for any RECORDED Mortgage.
I traced the MIN number back to the Investor who REGISTERED this Mortgage or “MIN” to
“John Adams Mortgage” by the FIRST 7 Digits of the Mortgage Identification Number of “MIN”.
See next page.
This partial screenshot shows that “John Adams Mortgage” was the entity that REGISTERED
the Nationstar Mortgage on the Judges property address with the 7 digit number “1002106”.
(The first 7 digits of the MIN is the entity who registered the mortgage). The person who
registered this mortgage should have a User Id and Password so this would be fairly easy to
trace to see who registered this Counterfeit Mortgage account. This Mortgage DOES NOT
RECONCILE with the Grand Traverse Register of Deeds Records.
Notice that entering the address with just the name of the road which MERS Instructs you to do,
will reveal NO Mortgage Accounts which means that the Quicken Loan Mortgage which
appears to be on the Judge’s Property per Grand Traverse County Records is nowhere to be
found in the MERS Database given the instructions by MERS or by entering “different versions”
of the address. Where is the RECORD of the Quicken Loans Mortgage in MERS for this
address? Quicken is a MERS Member.
CASE STUDY THREE - Attorney Craig Elhart - The Attorney who represented myself and my
husband Stacey Arthur Wyler in the 86th District Court involving The Bank of New York Mellon
and Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC. To separate out “attorney liens”, I used Mr. Elhart’s wife’s
name, Michele Elhart to pull up the RECORDED mortgages. It appears that Mr. Elhart does
NOT have a Mortgage on his home. However, MERS has MULTIPLE mortgage accounts
REGISTERED in the Database on Mr. Elhart’s home.
Leelanau County Property Records appear to confirm that the Fifth Third Bank Mortgage was
DISCHARGED ON 9/8/2015, however the MERS Records DO NOT RECONCILE with the
Leelanau County Register of Deeds Records. See next page.
Mr. Elhart’s Property on 7965 S Shoreside Drive, Traverse City, MI 49684
Using the “version” of the address that MERS Instructs you to use in a “Property Address Only”
search of this property shows NO MORTGAGE ACCOUNTS which seems to RECONCILE with
the Leelanau County Register of Deeds Office. However, using a “different version” of the
address on Mr. Elhart’s property reveals hidden mortgage accounts of this address. See next
page.
By Simple adding “Dr” in the “Street Filed” in this MERS Search, the “Shadow” Mortgage
Accounts are revealed. See next page.
This is the last of the TWELVE accounts CONCEALED on this property in MERS when using
“Shoreside Dr” in the “Street Field”.

NOTE: BOTH Judge Elsenheimer’s Property AND Attorney, Craig Elhart’s, Property have
CONFLICTING records that CANNOT BE RECONCILED between MERS and the Register of
Deeds Offices.

Interestingly enough BOTH the Judge and the Attorney have a PHH Mortgage Account showing
as ACTIVE. PHH and the person who REGISTERED these Mortgage accounts needs to be
IDENTIFIED as these accounts and all others that do not reconcile with the Register of Deeds
offices are highly suspect.
