The K2 drug is a drug which is something that is very Dangerous and is

made with different things thats are not healthy for humans. In 2008 is when

the reportes of k2 came in the U.S . Around 2010 and 2011 the synthetic

cannabinoid use jumped by 240 percent. People gave k2 many different names

like K2, Spice, Mr. Happy, Scooby snacks, and kronic. In August more than 100

people overdosed in a new haven ,CT park within a 2 day period.

K2 and Marijuana are different and these are things that are

misunderstood by some people. The big difference that people don't notice is

that K2 is synthetic and which is fake and its sprayed with a active drug.

Marijuana is a plant that's grows for both medical and recreation use.

Furthermore K2 product is a very controversial product, because some people

really might think k2 is good for them but most people are going to argue that

its bad because of the things that could happen such as death, seizures,

psychosis. So for people to be doing K2 in public and people seeing the side effect

it could scare adults or mostly kids. Another reason people might talk is because

its not real .

 Furthermore K2 also have toxic substances like blood in the urine, some

people would cough up blood and have internal bleeding. The side effects of the

synthetic cannabinoids are Racing hearts, Agitation and anxiety , most people

start going threw hallucinations like people might start seeing or just hearing

things that aren't real. Another thing some people might have psychosis in other

words loss of touch with reality. Another thing with this Drug You never know

what you’re getting with synthetic cannabinoids. So there for you really might

get something that is going to make you react,studies come to find out that its

177 different synthetic products. When people end up in the hospital for using

the K2 some of them don't wanna get treated because they fear legal

repercussions or the doctor will chastise them. Furthermore when its is active

in their body they might start have problems like hallucinations, psychosis,

violent behavior, and suicidal thoughts.

Some of the more serious effects are heart attack, fast heart rate, high blood

pressure, acute kidney injury, and even death.Because the drugs found in these

products are chemically distinct from the phytocannabinoids found within

marijuana things like the tetrahydrocannabinols and cannabidiol they don't

cross react in standard urine toxicology screens.
