With reference to your application and initial examination, we are pleased to offer you a
position with the company on the following terms and conditions:

Position: You are conditionally offered a full-time employment in the


position as a Registered Nurse

Salaries and Benefits: Your salary and benefits shall be £13.50 per hour based on the
approved wage of the Philippine Overseas Employment
Administration (POEA) and governing laws of the United
Kingdom.

Location at Work: You will be assigned in the United Kingdom.

Employment Eligibility: This offer is subject to your legal eligibility to be employed in


the country where you are offered employment. You are
required to produce document/s verifying your eligibility to be
employed.

Conditions: Prior to your actual employment in the company and to meet


the minimum requirements of the United Kingdom for the
position, you are required to obtain all the following
conditions:
1. Must passed the IELTS examination with 7 in Listening,
Reading, Speaking, and 6.5 in Writing.
2. Must passed the final interview with HC-One.

Validity of Acceptance: This soft conditional employment offer will remain open for
your acceptance for a period of six (6) months.

Upon completion of the above stated terms and conditions, and you choose to accept our
offer, we will extend a final offer of employment to you in writing. Please feel free to contact
us in the interim should you have any questions.

Please be aware that this letter does not constitute a guarantee or contract of
employment. Accordingly, you or we may terminate the selection process at any time for any
reason, upon written notice.
