The Relation Mother’s Knowledge About ISPA and Nutritious Stats of

Child Under Five Year with ISPA Event in Balita on Region Work Public Health
Center Sukamerindu Kelurahan Sukamerindu District Sungai Serut Bengkulu.

The Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) as the major cause of the illness and
deadness of child under five year on developing country. In Indonesia, a child feels
more than 5-8 ISPA every tear. The research problem is ‘is there a significant relation
between Mother’s knowledge about ISPA and Nutritious Stats of Child Under Five
Year with ISPA Event in Balita on Region Work Public Health Center Sukamerindu
Kelurahan Sukamerindu District Sungai Serut Bengkulu. The objectives of this
research were to know about the relation between Mother’s of Child Under Five Year
with ISPA Event in Balita on Region Work Public Health Center Sukamerindu
Kelurahan Sukamerindu District Sungai Serut Bengkulu.
This Research Takes Place on Region Work Public Health center
Sukamerindu Kelurahan Sukamerindu District Sungai Serut Bengkulu. Population in
this research is all mother who has child under five year, that they visit to posyandu
when this research doing and the technique collecting the sample is accidental
sampling. Research design that is used is cross sectional. Technique collecting the
data that used is ‘primary data’ with gives questionnaire to respondents. The
analyzing of the data is univariat and bivariat with chi-square examination.
The result of the research is there is significant relation between mother’s
knowledge about ISPA and nutritious stats of child under five year with ISPA event.
Base on the result of the research, it is hoped there is the increasing about
community’s language, especially mothers about ISPA and nutritious stats of child
under five year through elucidation by healthy official.

 Hubungan Pengetahuan Ibu Tentang ISPA dan Status Gizi Balita
dengan Kejadian ISPA pada Anak Balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas
Sukamerindu Kelurahan Sukamerindu Kecamatan Sungai Serut Bengkulu.

Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) merupakan sebab utama kesakitan

dan kematian pada anak-anak balita di negara berkembang. Di Indonesia rata-rata
seorang anak mengalami 5-8 episode ISPA setiap tahun. Rumusan masalah penelitian
adalah apakah terdapat Hubungan Yang Signifikan Antar Pengetahuan Ibu Tentang
ISPA dan Status Gizi Balita dengan Kejadian ISPA pada Anak Balita di Wilayah
Kerja Puskesmas Sukamerindu Kelurahan Sukamerindu Kecamatan Sungai Serut
Bengkulu. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pengetahuan Ibu Tentang
ISPA dan Status Gizi Balita dengan Kejadian ISPA pada Anak Balita Di Wilayah
Kerja Puskesmas Sukamerindu Kelurahan Sukamerindu Kecamatan Sungai Serut
Bengkulu.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sukamerindu
Kelurahan Sukamerindu Kecamatan Sungai Serut Bengkulu. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang mempunyai anak balita yang berkunjung ke
Posyandu pada saat penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel
accidental sampling. Rancangan penelitian digunakan adalah cross sectional. Teknik
pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner.
Analisis data dengan cara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan ibu tentang
ISPA dan status gizi balita dengan kejadian ISPA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian
tersebut diharapkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya ibu-ibu
tentang penyakit ISPA dan status gizi anak balita melalui penyuluhan oleh petugas
kesehatan.
