DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION, made and executed by SISA DELA CRUZ, of legal age,
married, and a resident of Lot x Block xx Phase xx Bolilao, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, Philippines,
hereinafter called the DONOR, in favor of JOSE DELA CRUZ, of legal age,single and with
residence at Lot xx Block xx Phase xx Bolilao, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, and JUAN DELA
CRUZ, minor, single, with residence at Lot 9 Block 22 Phase 11 Bolilao, Mandurriao, Iloilo
City, Philippines, and represented byhis father, PEDRO DELA CRUZ, and hereinafter called the
DONEES,

WITNESSETH:

That the DONOR is a holder of rights over a parcel of land with the building and
improvements thereon, situated in Lot xx Block xx Phase xx Bolilao, Mandurriao, Iloilo City,
containing an area of 67 sq. meters. That said land is one of the projects granted by the National
Housing Authority (NHA);

That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONOR has for the
DONEES, the said DONOR by these presents transfers and conveys, by way of DONATION,
unto the said DONEES, their heirs and assigns, the above-described real property with all the
building and improvements thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances;

That the DONOR does hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect to this donation,
that she has reserved for herself in full ownership sufficient property to support her in a manner
appropriate to her needs;

That the DONOR further states, for the same purpose stated above, that this donation is
not made with the object of defrauding her creditors, having reserved to herself sufficient
property for any and all debts that she may have contracted prior to this donation;

That the DONEES, with the minor LAROZA being represented by his father, hereby
accept this donation of the above-described real property, and do hereby express their gratitude
for the kindness and liberality of the DONOR. Their acceptance of the donation is evidenced by
their signatures appearing hereunder;

That the DONOR makes as a condition that the DONEES shall not sell, donate, convey,
or dispose of the above-described real property and that should this be violated, this donation
shall be automatically revoked.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONOR and the DONEES have hereunto set their hands
