private limited.
INTRODUCTION
A job portal, also known as a career portal, is a modern name for an online job board that
helps applicants find jobs and aids employers in their quest to locate ideal candidates. Career
websites, such as Monster, Indeed, and Simply Hired, have job portals that offer a broad
range of jobs in a vast number of fields. Some government agencies, non-profit organizations,
universities, and private businesses have their own job portals that applicants can access the
organization's website.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM


Online job portal is a web application which provides candidates the ability to register through
applications and search for their required jobs and manage their accounts.
While netbanyan.com helps both the job seekers and recruiters in finding the right organization for the
employees, this study goes on to learn about the potential revenue mode and cost benefits of the
company.
This analyzes the future business potential of net aspire solutions Private. Ltd. It is an explicit formal
inquiry carried out to help the decision maker identify the better course of action and make a better
decision.

THE SCOPE OF THE STUDY


The study is limited to the online job portal netbanyan.com an undertaking of net aspires
solutions private ltd through the study at the net aspires solutions Pvt Ltd. The following
aspects are helpful in analyzing the revenue model of the job portal best suited avenues for
investing and earning appropriate returns.

The objective of this study


 To identify the revenue model of online job portal.
 To suggest possible revenue model.

REVIEW OF LITERATURE

this study mainly focus on user behavior social marketing by following a comparative care
approaches in order under stand how the social marketing creates value for there users and
how they can capture it and has given recommendation forLeveraging the value created
through the services.

and job searching in Malaysia".This study mainly focuses on job seekers for unemployed

of being re-employed and also job seeker who had used internet had a short duration of
unemployment.

websites:the case of a generic portal in the Netherlands" the study is mainly focused on the
extension of the technology acceptance model to explain into visual acceptance and usage.
We claim three major contributes 1) website as the unit of analysis .2) introduction of visual
attractiveness. 3) the use of real website visitors rather than students apples in this research
paper.

investigation of influence of adoption of recruitment and their adoption behaviour. The
findings are helpful for academicians, organisations and other institutions to design a market
new web pages to attract more and job seekers

Limitations of the study


1. The major constraint of the study was the time factor which was very short (1 month )
2. The study wiil be confined only 1 firm

analysis.

This chapter contains the company profile and also industry profile. The detail information of
the company will be stated here.
CHAPTER 4-DATA ANALYSIS AND INTREPRETATION
The data collected through primary data ad secondary data will be analysed and interpreted
using graphs,charts,tables,percentages.
CHAPTER 5-FINDINGS,CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTIONS
The summary of findings ,suggestions,and the conclusions on the observation will be stated
and recommendations are drawn on it.
