Human activities related to physical aspects in geography are the use of natural resources. In general, humans fulfill their needs by utilizing the conditions in their surrounding environment. If the area has a large commodity of natural resources, then the natural resources will be the main livelihood of the people in the area. Small industries have become an important part of the national economic system, namely accelerating the distribution of economic growth through the mission of providing business opportunities and employment, increasing community income, and contributing to increasing community income, and contributing to increasing foreign exchange earnings and strengthening the structure of the national economy (Hubeis, 2009). Small industries in Indonesia have mushroomed in recent years, this is because small industries do not need much capital to start a business. In addition, small industries can also absorb labor, making it more promising to develop in Indonesia. Situbondo Regency is one of the regencies in East Java which is located at the eastern end of the northern part of Java Island.
