PROBLEM

1.1 Background

Calculus (Latin: calculus, meaning "small stone", for counting) is a branch of

mathematics that includes limits, derivatives, integrals, and infinite series. Calculus is the
study of the changes, as geometry is the science about the shape and algebra is the science of
the workmanship to solve equations and their applications. Calculus has wide applications in
the fields of science, economics, and engineering; and can solve a variety of problems that
can not be solved by elementary algebra.
Calculus has two main branches, differential calculus and integral calculus are
interconnected via the fundamental theorem of calculus. Lesson calculus is a gateway to
learning more higher mathematics, specifically studying the functions and limits, broadly
called mathematical analysis.

Because of this calculus has two main branches, but here we want to talk about the
integral calculus. As we know that the integral calculus also has many applications, both in
everyday life, as well as the socio-economic field of agriculture. But here I am keen to
discuss the easy way in solving the integral substitution.

1.2 Problem Formulation

1. What integral understanding?

2. Any kinds of integral models?
3. How fast way integral settlement

1.3 Objectives

1. Knowing the meaning of the integral

2. Knowing the kinds of understanding and their integral
3. Describes how fast the problem-solving integrals

ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF EXISTING

2.1 Definition of Integral

If previously you've learned about the material derivative, the integral is

opposedderivativeor differential. Or also called the antiderivative.

Integral emblem is , Which is in the form of functions usually shaped

If is a function that satisfies , then is integral or antiderivative of ,

Example Definition of Integral

For example, if we are differentiating , ,

, It will generate The same, namely

Thus, if we look for the antiderivative or integral , According to the integral

understanding, then the result is ,

Value arise because the three functions diferensialkan above which we have derived the
same results, but different constants. So, after we integrate a function, there must always be
The last rate pengintegralannya results.

Integration function to denoted as follows: ,

 also commonly read as "against ".

This section will discuss the integration technique called substitution method. The
basic concept of this method is to change the integral complex into a simpler form.

Example question 1:

Make permisalan and lower both sides

Make substitutions

Example question 2:

c. integral Partial

Integral partially based on a formula derived from the multiplication of two functions.

where u and v are differentiable functions in x. If u 'and v' is continuous, we can

integrate both sides of the equation and obtain

By rewriting the above equation, obtained the following theorem.

Theorem 1: Integral Partial

If u and v are functions in x continuous and differentiable, then

To better understand how to solve problems by using the integral partial integral
method, consider the following example.

Example 1: Integral Partial

Specify:

Discussion

To apply a partial integral, we need to write the integral in

There are several ways to do this, that

Guide in the selection of u and dv previously advised us to choose the first option
because the derivative of u = x is simpler than x and dv = ex is the most complicated
part of the integrand in accordance with the basic rules of integral.

Now, with the partial integral will be generated

To check the result of integration, we can reduce the results to get the original
integrand.

NEW IDE / IDE CREATIVE

Example question the integral substitution

Integral substitution characterized by the multiplication / division of the tribe who want
diintegralkan. Or in other words, we can sort out the problem into two parts, which the
authors call it "parent tribe" and "tribal children". Sorting tribe that is what we will use to
work on the problems integral substitution. Let us begin. Find out how ya!

1. Pilahabout the integral into two parts: the parent and child. Quite simply, the parent
tribe is a tribe that has a higher rank. Makes sense right? His name is also the parent.
From that question can we carved up into something like this:

2. Lower master, Then find the relationship between the derivative with his son.

The thing to remember is that the relationship should be expressed in multiplication.

That is, derivatives need to be multiplied by 2 in order to be together with the child.
The number "2" that will be useful for solving problems.

3. Finally, after an unknown young child relationship, the child and integralkan ignore
such matters integral way "normal".
