Utah Real Estate Brokerage Opens Specialty Veterans Office

Salt Lake City, UT, May 25, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Aubrey and Associates Realty has opened a new real
estate office focused on serving military veterans. The branch office is licensed from the Utah Division of
Real Estate under the name Aubrey and Associates Realty (Veterans). All agents of this office have
themselves served in the armed forces and have experience serving the unique needs of active duty
military and veterans.

"I felt this was an underserved niche in Utah's real estate marketplace," said Rob Aubrey, Principal
Broker of the office. “VA loans are a mystery to many real estate agents, which can put veteran buyers at

Military veterans qualify for VA financing which is a type of zero down payment loan. The Veterans
Administration guarantees the loan in case of default. Some of the terminology of the VA is unfamiliar to
many agents. For example, the VA has an “inspection” instead of an appraisal. The VA inspection is very
similar to an FHA appraisal, but the phrasing can be intimidating to a listing agent considering multiple
offers.
