When you see a baby, laugh, cry or hold a defensive newborn what are your

feelings towards it? Do you wish it was dead and killed by its own mother and never felt
the comfort and love of a family? “By abortion, the mother does not learn to love but
kills even her own child to solve her problems”-Teresa of Calcutta. The intentional
termination of a human pregnancy, usually performed during the first 28 weeks, and
ending completely a new life, is called abortion. An Innocent child is killed because the
mother is not prepared to take care of a baby at that time of her life. Is it right for her to
completely terminate her pregnancy because she does not want to raise a child?.
Abortion should be banned because too many babies die a year, some babies can
physically feel the pain and if you don’t want a beautiful baby, you can give it up for
adoption to a family that cannot conceive and wants a baby to complete its family.
An act of causing death, deliberty of a human being, especially a baby that has its
whole life ahead of them is wrong. According to Unborn Victims of Violence Act of 2004,
“"To protect unborn children from assault and murder, states that under federal law,
anybody intentionally killing or attempting to kill an unborn child should "be punished...
for intentionally killing or attempting to kill a human being." What this quote means is
that we need to protect the lives of the unborn children from murder and assault. The
attempt of intentionally killing an unborn child should be punished. Also as Eric Pace,
"Dr. Jerome Lejeune states, “The life of a baby begins during conception,so unborn
babies have the right to have a life. When a baby is conceived,they are created with an
individual unique genetic identity that makes them”. This is very true. When a baby is
conceived, a new life is formed with a unique DNA, fingerprint, a unique personality that,
if the mother decides to abort,nobody will be able to see.Some people though, may
disagree stating that,according to Franklin Foer, “Personhood begins after a fetus
becomes "viable" (able to survive outside the womb) or after birth, not at conception”.
This is wrong because, ‘personhood’ begins as soon as the fetus has a heartbeat, when
they can hear their surroundings and start to listen the their murders voice. Also fathers
have the choice of keeping the baby. Most of the time, mother’s abort, and they don’t
care about other people advice. They use the “my body, my choice” quote for
everything. They abuse that quote by so many ways. It is just an excuse to get rid of ‘a
bunch of cells’. This question is something to really think of, what if your mom aborted
YOU? What if YOU never got the chance to laugh so much that your stomach ached?,
or cry when something is not right? What if YOU never got the chance to run around
and feel the breeze of the wind?. Abortion prevents an innocent baby from doing all of

You can give the baby up for adoption or have the baby after birth, they can have
parents.
You don’t have to kill baby. You can give him to a couple that wants to become
parents. They can take care of the baby. Some people may think that the system of
adoption is really bad and worse than being dead but, your baby does not need to go
into the system t all,after him or her is born, give the baby to a loving family.

During the dreadful procedure,”Fetuses feel pain during the abortion procedure. "most
primitive response to pain, the spinal reflex,is developed” according to Ronald Bailey,
"Do Fetuses Feel Pain?,". A baby feels the pain of someone pulling their small and
weak bones right off their body and can’t do nothing about it. They feel the excruciating
pain from start to finish, until their slow death. LiveScience, also states that Utah
recently passed a law that requires all doctors to give anesthesia to fetuses prior to
performing the abortion, that starts at 20 weeks. This means that fetus obviously feel
the pain because there is now a law that requires all doctors to give anesthesia to a
newborn baby so that they won’t feel the pain.
There is a huge debate regarding abortion. Some people are pro-life, and like me are
against abortion and think it should be illegal. There is very good cons of abortion but
there are some cons that are reasonable and some that don’t make sense at all. For
example as John J. Donohue, and Steven D. Levitt, "The Impact of Legalized Abortion
on Crime, abortion reduces crime because "women who have abortions are those most
at risk to give birth to children who would engage in criminal activity,”. This is upsetting
because, it’s not okay because nobody but god knows if the baby will be a criminal. You
can’t kill a baby and think that it’s okay because there was a small chance the baby
were to be a criminal.

What if the baby turned out to be an amazing soccer player or an amazing doctor?
 I hope this essay touched you in a way that might have changed your view of
