5.How to keep traceability

 ID number, heat number shall be recorded in

receiving inspection.
 Before cutting of pipe, cutting line shall be
marked on each pipe and heat number and ID
marking shall be transferred to each section by
stamping or painting.
 Cutting can proceed only after getting approval of
contractor for marking transfer. Any cut section
of pipe without heat number and ID number shall
be rejected at once.
 ID number, heat number shall be marked by
white paint.
