Motivation:

In the year 2007 I had a chance to visit Mother Teresa home for dying,
which is located just side by the wall of khali mandhir at Kolkata, they are many
people who are happily living and who are not willing to go back home because
of the love and care given by the sisters. The people who are in the home are
chronically ill they are left in the crowd during the time of khali festival where
thousands of people visit during that time, after the festival everyone goes
back and these people will be left on streets, and few people are like near to
death, and the sisters from home for dying take them and give them medical
and spiritual care wonderfully there are many who survived years from death, I
had a talk with few people who are in the home they are really happy and they
said these sister gave us new life and hope for the future.

Again in the year 2011 I stayed in Kolkata for 2years during my stay I use
to visit Cheshire home these people are mentally disordered and few physically
disordered I use to visit them regularly they received me so happily spending
some time with them.

In the year 2013 Nov I started working in a Mission Hospital as a

Chaplain, my duties are taking daily morning devotions and after the devotion
visiting wards praying for the patients every day, and if needed giving
counselling. There is a kid named Srinu from Nellipudi, Shankavarm mandal
near kathipudi, he fell down from a coconut tree and his spinal cord was
injured, he came from a very poor background, they went for surgery to a
corporate hospital there they has spent all their many apart from that they
made debts to pay their bills, and he was completely bed ridden and he cannot
do anything by his own and the corporate hospital doctors gave them
discharge because they cannot afford for their bills, they moved to
government hospital and after few days they told them to come for
physiotherapy everyday and they has to get discharge because of no vacant
beds and he went back home developed bed sores, and then they came to the
mission hospital, regular dressings and physiotherapy was given to him. He was
charged 250rs a day for room rent physiotherapy and nursing care apart from
medicines, the hospital gave him nearly 60% concession, after 5months he is
getting recovering but they are not able to afford money because his brother is
the only source of income who is daily wage employ, again the sores became
more worse his bones became visible through his wounds, one day I visited
and seen the pathetic condition of him and bought a water bed, and few days
later he said he wanted to go to school and our family presented a wheel chair
for him and in the year 2016 three days before his last breath I visited him I am
unable to see him in that condition, I gave him sprinkle baptism before their
family members, gave him some money arranged an auto for him to take
Kakinada government Hospital, after 3days he passed away.

Everyday nearly 3 to 4 hours I use to spend time with him in the hospital
and he was changed from his mood and made him to be happy in all the
situations, it became much pain for me, but whenever I remember him it
makes me happy that he is saved and he is with God now. Not only Srinu there
are many people who are really in need and cannot afford for their treatment
and shortening their life both physically and mentally, and made me to think of
them and do something for them, when I shared with few people many
objected but I wanted to give a new life to these people.
