2. Course objectives
(a) to understand basic definions of operations management;
(b) to explain the roles of operations, and their interaction with the others activities of firms:
finance, marketing, organization etc.,
(c) To understand how to plan, organize, leadership and control operations activities;
(d) To apply knowledge of Operations management into explaining reality
