 1) Business Intial Ideal

a) Nature of business
Our business is setting up a halal café in Alor setar, Kedah. Mulut cafe is a product and services
oriented and we are providing various type of food and beverage with excellence cleanliness, taste
and value of pricing. We are also offer special service such as delivery and drive-through area.
Our target are majority of the working people and local teenager in the city which be easily
attracted to the café where they can enjoy their breakfast, lunch, and tea time with comfortable
environment.

In addition, there is a reason why Mulut cafe started with this name, as this name was part of
the vision in a unique way. This is because not many cafes make the name from their vision that
easy to know and look fancy. Besides that, the name also symbolizes our hope of being a café that
will never be forgotten. At the same time, the chosen of our cafe name also one of our marketing
strategies. The reason come from the word “MULUT” itself as which can influence people to try
our food. This is because as human being, we know ourselves love to try and want to know every
single thing that is hidden behind something. We also intend to offer healthy and quality food to
the customers and it will cater their needs in the industries lifestyles. Our food is specially made
by ten professional chefs and this café will be privately held by four partners with appropriate
salary for each position.

Lastly, the reason we setting up a café in Alor Setar which are the concept, operation hour and
extra services. For example, we set up our café with warm and cozy concept to attract teenagers
and others people as our café is nearby in city. We decided to decorate our café with suitable
furniture and paint the wall with refreshing colour to give our customers a moment to take a break
from the busy city. This concept is suitable for those who seeks for relaxing place.
