Introduction-
I choose Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi known as “Mahatma Gandhi” as my leader. He

was born on 2 October 1869 in Porbandar in Gujarat into a middle class family. He was

the child of Karamchand and Putlibai. He learned at the grade school in Porbandar and

later at Rajkot. In 1888 he went to England to study law and came back to India in 1891

and started his law practice in Bombay. In 1893 he went to South Africa to fight a

lawsuit. While travelling in First Class compartment, he was tossed out by railroad

authorities on the grounds that a white man protested his quality in the first class

compartment. This and some other such incidents made Gandhi feel that being calm

won't do any great. He went to bat for the reason for every one of the Indians living there

who were enduring embarrassment day by day. In the wake of battling for the reason for

the Indian individuals in South Africa, he came back to India in 1915. In the wake of

coming back to India, he started his battle for Independence subsequent to joining the

Indian National Congress. He got to know the issues in India, legislative issues and the

There are number of reasons, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi is generally perceived as

Respected in India as the father of the nation, he spearheaded and rehearsed the standard

long-term vision, fearlessness which was maybe seen as somebody who was unyielding

Analysis of your Leader’s Style

Gandhi's leadership style was transformational and depended on moral qualities,

trustworthiness, idealism, family esteems and otherworldliness. I trust that his leadership

was transformational as well. For instance, In South Africa, he was requested to leave the

court and was tossed out of the train. He had the valor to remain against the racial

segregation. His conviction and vital made individuals bolster and tail him. Gandhi's

confidence against the racial separation made Government reevaluate and nullify the

demonstration relating to racial oppression against Indian.

Mahatma Gandhi's thinking was moral and inventive. His utilization of basic thinking got

His solid confidence in the moral way to deal with the issues made him Gandhi and

pioneer of ethics. He was genuinely a charming and visionary pioneer who dependably

picked genuineness and honesty for his movements. Mahatma's leadership style depended
