Ville Sommet Venue Rental Package

Below is our Venue Rental Package as of December 2011

GLASS HOUSE PhP130, 000.00 VAT inclusive (4hrs)

Minimum of 150pax, Maximum of 250pax
Package Inclusions:
4hrs. Contract time at The Glasshouse
2hrs. Use of The Parkland (for garden wedding ceremony)
6 hrs. set-up time (ingress)
Day use of The Chalet and all its amenities
Day use of The Pavilion area for preparations
Use of air conditioning at The Glasshouse and at The Chalet
Directional Maps and Car Passes for guests
Ville Sommet staff assistance for guests at the parking area

OTHER CHARGES:
Additional hours -PhP4,000.00/hour (extension rates of venue only for the Glasshouse or the Pavilion)

Early Set Up - PhP4,000/ hour (we give 6 hours free set-up time. Should the client need more time for
the set-up, they will be obliged to pay an additional of Php 4,000/hr for the set-up)
In excess of 250pax - PhP100.00/head
Overnight stay at The Chalet - PhP8,000.00 net for two (inclusive of breakfast)
Electricity charge - Php 8,000.00/ 4 hours (for the Glasshouse and Pavilion. Please do note the use of all
other electrical equipment which will be brought inside the premises of Ville Sommet are subject to an
electrical charge. However, client may opt to rent out a generator set from a local supplier.)

Terms and Conditions:

a) Client shall pay the amount equivalent to twenty five percent (25%) of the total charges,
or PhP32,500.00 upon confirmation of the function, which shall be non-refundable.
b) Payment shall be in cash or check payable to the Proprietor (Skrene Properties, Inc.).
c) Six (6) months before the function date, Client shall pay the amount equivalent to twenty five percent
(25%) of the total charges or PhP32,500.00.
d) Within three months before the function date, Client shall pay the balance in full (PhP65,000.00) and
the security deposit amounting to PhP25,000.00.
e) The security deposit of PhP25,000.00 is refundable 10-15 working days after the function.
f) NO changes to the contract can be made after full payment.

For ocular visit requests, it would be best to advise us ahead of time so we can make arrangements as
ocular visits is by appointment only, even on weekends.

Also, please be informed that we have exclusive accredited caterers, which will be more than willing to
assist you in choosing the menu for your big day. Rest assured, they will truly offer excellent and efficient
service for all your catering requirements.
