CONSENT LETTER

I, Girish Kumar Sharma S/o Mr. Rambilash Sharma aged 42 Years Resident of Vill-Haranahi Post-
Baraon Dist-Deoria(UP) DEORIA-274205 this letter of consent I authorize STERLING Indo Tech Pvt.
Ltd to propose my name for the position of Bridge Engineer for the below said project:

Project Name: “Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision of

improvement of Roads in Districts Udham Singh Nagar, Nainital and
Almora in the State of Uttarakhand.”

Period: 12 Months or Completion of the Project.

(As per original contract input or extended period upto completion

of the project, whichever is later?)

Declaration by me:

I, hereby, further confirm that the undersigned has reviewed all the terms and conditions of the
construction supervision consulting contract with the Employer for the said project and I accept and
understand the all.

My cost to company (CTC) as applicable will be INR 5, 76000/- per annum (Rupees Five Lacs
Seventy-Six Thousand Only) which shall be paid on monthly basis as per actual presence at site. I
will be available to join this project, as and when asked and report at site subject to approval my cv
by the employer & commencement of the construction contract of my deployment.

I undertake that:

 That I have neither been black – listed / debarred by any Client nor have I been dismissed from
service (by any of my previous Employers) on moral or ethical grounds.

 That I have never abandoned any Design / Supervision assignment of any of my previous Employer
before its scheduled completion.

 That the Copy of certificates towards proof of age, qualification and experience are enclosed for
your perusal, and I vouch for their authenticity.

 That I am aware of the fact that client shall not accept any replacement till the assignment is
completed and therefore I confirm that I shall be available for the entire duration of the project.

 That I am aware of the fact that my deployment will be subject to the approval of my
candidature from the Principal Employer and Client and hereby consent to accept the location so
allotted without any changes.
