1. Brief introduction

The WiFi Plug is an embedded data acquisition module. The wifi plug is directly connected to the inverter
through simple plugging and unplugging, and receives various operating data of the PV system from the inverter
side. The plug connects to the wireless router through the built-in WiFi function, and transmit the received data
to the network server, so that users can view the data through the online monitoring platform
(http://www.pvjfy.com/Home/Login).

3.1. Turn off the inverter.

3.2. Remove the RS232 cover on the bottom of the inverter

3.3. Plug the WiFi Plug into RS232 port and fix it with the screws.

Note: Using the wifi plug monitoring, the address of the inverter must be set to Auto. For details, see the inverter user
manual.

4.Connect Wifi Plug to wireless router

4.1 Connection of wifi plug

4.1.1 After connecting the wifi plug into the inverter, then turn on the inverter and start settings.

4.1.2 Preparing a device that can connect to the wireless network, such as laptop, smart phone etc.

4.1.3 Connect wireless network to the Plug

1) Open the wireless network connection interface, click to view the wireless network

2) Choose wifi plug’s wireless network, the name of the network consist of 68012101******（for example：

69012101170000008）.then click to connect. Don’t need the password.

Note:

If the data logger serial number can’t be found in the wireless network list, there may be a problem with the
connection or setting of the wifi plug. Please check if the wifi plug installed well or not, the inverter turn on or not.

4.2 WiFi Plug parameter setting

4.2.1 Open the computer or smart phone browser, enter 10.10.100.254 and press Enter. Both of the username and
password are admin.

Please finish it in 3 minutes, wifi plug will reboot in 3 minutes. If not, then before making connection
settings, you need to wait until it reboot

4.2.2 Enter the STA setting interface of the WiFi Plug and click Search.

4.2.3 Click Refresh button to search for available wireless networks, select the wireless router network that you want
to connect ,then click OK.

4.2.4 Enter the wireless router password, click “Save”.

4.2.5 If the setting is success, the following interface will be displayed, click “Restart” to reboot the module.

Note: Click Restart button, the system will reboot immediately, reboot process may take 30s. Please be patient.

5.Registration

5.1 Open the browser and input the website: http://www.pvjfy.com, click register to finish the registration.

5.1.1 User account creation process

Enter the user name, password, name, phone number, data logger serial number(which numbers at the beginning
of 68012 on the data logger back side. One serial number can only register one power plant and account, if can’t
register normally please contact us timely ) as prompted, Please fill in the real information as much as possible to
facilitate system upgrade and equipment maintenance.

After finish the information, then click next to create the power station.

5.1.2 Power station creation

Enter the station name etc. information as showed on the interface. When you finish the information, Then click
“next” to finish the process.

Note: Please do not fill in the unit of power station capacity, power station longitude, power station dimension,
otherwise the registration process will fail.

6. Login into the account and view the monitoring data

Back into the login interface, enter the correct account and password, then click login button.

6.1 Power station management

See the picture below, after login into the monitoring system, you can monitor and manage the power station.

Note：If the user enters the PV monitoring system for the first time after successfully registration in 10 minutes, the
real time status interface as showed above . If has data display, that means the network settings and other connections
are success.

6.2 Enter the power station

Click “Real Data” option and you will see the following interface.

6.2.1 Add inverter device to the account

Click “station management” option, and then click “inverter management” option, last click “Add Inverter” option,
you will see the following interface.

Fill in the data logger address (data logger serial number), inverter name, installer and other information in the
dialog box. (Please note: do not delete the inverter easily. If so, it will fail to add this inverter to the device list again.)
After the submission is completed, enter the “Real Data” interface to view the inverter information.

6.2.2 Enter Real Data monitoring interface, you can see the inverter and data logger detail information, such as PV
input voltage, current, power, power curve etc.
