Assalamu'alaikum Wr. Wb.

Forst of all, let's thanks ALLAH the Al Mighty who has been giving us mercy and blessing so we can
attend this meeting without any obstacles in this great occasion.
Secondly, may salawat and salam be with our prophet Muhammad Peace be upon Him, who has
guided us from the darkness to the loghtness in this world as well as next world.

I think we'll begin now. First I'd like to welcome you all and thank everyone for coming, especially at
such short notice. I know you are all very busy and it's difficult to take time away from your daily
tasks for meetings.

Good morning ladies and gentlemen

First of all, I would like to say thanks for your coming in this place, to join to our nice
meeting. I am sure that we come here just want to improve our ability in speaking English,
to make our relationship much closer than before. So, lets open this meeting together by
reciting “basmalah”… Thanks.

 WELCOME SPEECH

Let’s praise to the Almighty Allah SWT, because of His Blessing we are able to
attend this English General Meeting. And then, may peace be upon the prophet Muhammad
Saw who has guided us from the darkness into the brightness. Thanks to the and MC who has
given me the chance to deliver this welcome speech and I don’t forget to say thank’s all
participants for coming in our nice meeting today.

In the first instance, we don’t forget to say welcome to all participats here especially to new
comer and hopefully can be mixed swiftly with friends. Therefore don’t be shy to speak
because if you are talkative you get improvement, so that our meeting today will be more
crowded and we will not go against the stomach.

That’s all our wish today, thank’s for your kind attention.

CLOSING SPEECH

All praises be to Allah SWT, the lord of the world, the master of the day after, the creator
of everything in this universe. Peace and Salutation be upon our prophet Muhammad SAW, who
has brought us from the darkness into the brightness and guided us into the right way of life.
Thanks to the and Master of Time who has given me the chance to deliver this closing
speech.

Before our meeting ends, I want to say thank you very much to all participants who have
followed this meeting enthusiasticly and made it more exclaim. we also don’t forget to beg to
our God so that we are given a longevit and then we can meet at next meeting anymore, God
willing.
