8. Remarks

b. The unit cost of items of work involved in this proposed Variation Order No. 3 were
based on the original contract, as indicated/reflected in the proposed Itemized Cost of Revision.
c. The subject Variation Order is in accordance with Clause No. 13 of the Conditions
of the Contract.
d. The authority to approve this proposed Variation Order No. 3 is in accordance with
the provision and guidelines of D.O. 54 series of 2011.
In view of the foregoing, this proposed Variation Order No. 3 is respectfully recommended for your
consideration and approval.
