I am currently researching the field of cybersecurity and its ever-growing need in companies
large and small alike. I have read about your knowledge and specialization on the impact cyber
security makes on society, and I am fascinated with your work. I am very interested in all of the
research that you and your team have conducted and believe that your area of expertise will
assist with several parts of my research project. I would be very grateful if you could provide me
with some journals or articles to help me with my research.

I am intrigued by the growing risk of security breaches that could potentially become disastrous
for many companies. As well as how, due to a lack of cybersecurity knowledge and awareness,
these possibilities become realities. In addition, my research regarding infamous company hacks
such as the LinkedIn data breach of 2012 and the phishing attack on Chipotle in 2017 has led me
to become more interested in not only their impact, but the technical aspect of how they make
that impact as well. I would like to gain more knowledge about how people in your organization
develop different ways to protect companies from these attacks. Reading into the technical
aspects as well as the analytical will extend my research in the future with in depth analysis.
