Lesson Intro (What will you say to get the students’ attention, communicate the lesson objectives, and motivate students

Now that you have all gotten to perform your routines and be filmed for grading purposes, I am going to have you
pretend to be aerobic instructors and have your classmates follow along with you as you are calling out the moves
just like the instructor did in the Beach Body videos we did at the beginning of the unit

Great job today and during this unit! I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did! I really loved watching you all
perform and instruct your routines with a smile on your face and with enthusiasm. I am so grateful I got to share a
little bit of what I love to do with you all. I wish we could do some more and that I could teach you more, but it is
time to move onto our next unit, which is tennis! The weather is finally consistent and beautiful, so we get to be
outside now. Great job again and I will see you during your next class!
